Surrogate Intake Manager/ Recruiter/Sales

Responsibilities:

1) communicate and collaborate with marketing team help increase the number of leads, and applications.

2) Oversee the agency’s surrogate intake process, which includes surrogate pre-screening and surrogate engagement throughout their onboarding process.

3) Monitor the follow up and follow through with each surrogate candidate from each team member on a weekly basis and provide coaching and problem solving

4) Handle surrogate intake process, which includes calling leads from social media, online recruit and referrals, surrogate pre-screening and surrogate engagement throughout their onboarding process.

5) Request and review medical records.

6) Cross-department communication and collaboration.

Experience:

Sales: at least 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
