Location : This position is a hybrid position based in the New York or New Jersey metro area


Base Pay Range : $ 160,000 - $ 180,000 plus annual bonus


Experience : 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience handling Analytics, AI, Digital and Data Management recruiting team


Job Description:


Our Talent Acquisition Team is growing – we are seeking an Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data Management Talent Acquisition Lead for North and South America.


This role will focus on setting and delivering the talent acquisition strategy to hire high-performing Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data Management talent, across all levels.


This role will work closely with business leadership, hiring managers, and external networks and partners to provide an engaging recruitment and selection process delivering Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data talent aligning with the needs of the business.


This role is a “player/coach” role – not only will this role be responsible for leading a team of 11 recruiters / recruiting administrators, but will also be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring leaders to develop job descriptions, source, interview, and hire highly sought-after Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data Management talent through a variety of recruiting channels. One key aspect of this role is the development of strong sourcing strategies to find world-class Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data Management talent, delivering a red carpet candidate experience from the initial candidate attraction stage onward to onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Lead Job Duties:

  • “Player/Coach” role as Team Lead for Analytics, Digital, AI, and Data Management Talent Acquisition team
  • Overseeing an 11-person team of recruiters and recruiting administrators
  • Sourcing and interviewing Analytics, Digital, AI, Data Management professionals to EXL.
  • Establishing recruiting requirements by meeting with hiring managers to discuss recruiting needs.
  • Building robust recruitment sourcing strategies
  • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Continuously working to improve the attractiveness of EXL careers by recommending new practices and policies; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Avoiding legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
  • Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishing human resources and organization mission by fulfilling related Talent Acquisition results..
