In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent for a region of content centers nationwide. From sourcing rockstars on LinkedIn to partnering with leadership on hiring strategy, you'll play a critical role in building the sales teams that drive Sinclair's growth.

This is a high-impact role where you'll be helping drive revenue growth for one of the country's top media companies while doing what you love—connecting great talent with great opportunities.
The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 and bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
