Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Survey Engineer to join our facility management team. The role focuses on conducting on-site surveys and preparing accurate estimates for deep cleaning projects, with a strong emphasis on façade cleaning and rope access works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed site surveys and inspections for building and villa deep cleaning projects.
• Assess façade conditions and determine the scope of rope access cleaning works.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for each project.
• Identify safety requirements, access methods, and necessary equipment for façade and rope access works.
• Coordinate with operations and cleaning teams to ensure survey findings are translated into effective execution plans.
• Prepare professional survey reports and submit recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Survey Engineer or similar role within facility management or cleaning services.
• Strong knowledge of façade cleaning, rope access systems, and height-related safety requirements.
• Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
