Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team for G+4 building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all surveying works on-site to ensure accuracy in setting out, levels, and alignment as per project requirements and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and topographical surveys for construction sites.
• Establish control points, benchmarks, and site levels.
• Perform setting-out works for foundations, columns, walls, and structural elements.
• Check alignment, dimensions, and elevations during construction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey reports, drawings, and records.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and consultants to ensure accuracy.
• Verify subcontractor’s work and provide necessary survey support.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, and other authority standards.
• Use modern surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and related software.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction surveying (preferably in UAE).
• Strong knowledge of G+4 building construction projects.
• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and other local authority requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
