Job Title: Surveyor

Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering/Surveying
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Housing/Construction sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out land, topographic, and layout surveys using Total Station and leveling machines.
• Prepare and maintain survey data, reports, and drawings using AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Supervise the execution of site works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
• Set out works as per drawings and provide necessary levels and benchmarks for construction.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, and alignment to ensure accuracy in project execution.
• Maintain records of daily survey activities and progress reports.
• Assist in quantity calculations, measurements, and verification of completed works.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Hands-on expertise with Total Station, leveling instruments, and other surveying tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision and execution in the housing sector.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage survey teams on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
