Surveyor

ob Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate measurements to guide the construction and development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed land, topographic, and boundary surveys.

Use surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) for accurate site measurements.

Prepare survey reports, drawings, and site plans.

Verify data and maintain proper documentation for project records.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Set out works and mark reference points and levels on site.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Land Surveying or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in real estate or infrastructure projects.

Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kharian.
