Job Title: Surveyor

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with 3–7 years of professional experience in land and/or construction surveying to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys, preparing reports, and supporting project execution as per engineering and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys using total station, GPS, and leveling instruments
• Measure and record distances, angles, elevations, and contours
• Prepare survey drawings, layouts, and reports
• Interpret survey data, maps, and legal documents
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and local regulations
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
• Assist in setting out and marking boundaries and construction layouts

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of hands-on surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and software (AutoCAD, GPS, Total Station, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site and travel if required

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of local surveying standards and regulations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
