About Us:
DIVA Projects is a leading construction and infrastructure company executing residential, commercial, industrial, and pipeline projects. We are looking for an experienced Surveyor who can handle surveying and leveling works for both buildings and pipeline projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out land surveying, leveling, and setting out works for building and pipeline projects
• Operate Total Station, Auto Level, and other surveying instruments with accuracy
• Prepare and verify site layouts, drawings, and alignment checks
• Assist engineers in BOQ verification, measurements, and billing support
• Maintain survey data, records, and ensure documentation is up to date
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers for smooth workflow
• Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in all surveying activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Surveying
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Surveyor in buildings and/or pipeline projects
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments and techniques
• Ability to interpret drawings, site plans, and technical specifications
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in Tamil and Hindi preferred

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
