Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with at least 2 years of experience in tower and villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out precise site surveys, measurements, and data collection to support MEP installations and ensure accuracy in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and measurements for towers and villa projects.
• Prepare accurate survey reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to verify project requirements.
• Use surveying instruments and technologies (Total Station, GPS, Laser levels, etc.) efficiently.
• Monitor and verify installation locations to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
• Identify and report discrepancies between plans and site conditions.
• Maintain survey records and provide technical support to site teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in tower and villa construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards is preferred.
