Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sushi Chef based in Karāchi. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day preparation of sushi and related menu items. Tasks include procurement and preparation of seafood, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring high culinary quality. The role demands close attention to detail, creativity in dish presentation, and timely food service. Collaboration with the kitchen team and adherence to food safety regulations are integral parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation, Culinary Skills, and Cooking
• Experience with Seafood handling and Sushi preparation
• Knowledge and implementation of Hygiene and food safety standards
• Attention to detail and creativity in dish presentation
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Certification in culinary arts or relevant training is a plus
