Sushi Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, rolls.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
• Manage inventory of sushi ingredients and assist with ordering supplies
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with guests when needed
• Continuously develop new menu items or improve existing offerings

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation techniques
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Creativity and passion for high-quality presentation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,900.00 per month
