Sushi Maker

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Maker to join our kitchen team. You will craft fresh sushi, maintain high food quality, and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Ideal for someone passionate about sushi artistry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sushi Chef or Sushi Maker.
• Knowledge of sushi preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
