Sustainability Assistant

Hiring Sustainability Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Framework Implementation and Coordination
  • Support the ongoing sustainability framework project in coordination with the external consultants.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of sustainability policies, procedures, and governance structures.
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for sustainability initiatives.
  • Coordinate sustainability committee meetings and internal working group sessions.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain sustainability and ESG-related data from relevant departments.
  • Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures, internal progress reports, and external communications.
  • Support preparation of presentations and documents for senior management and regulators.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for sustainability matters within the organization
  • Liaise with internal departments, the external consultants, and relevant external parties
  • Support awareness sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives to promote sustainability culture across the organization.
  • Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and reports
  • Collaborate to integrate sustainability and climate-related risk considerations into the risk management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics
  • 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, corporate responsibility, risk management, or related fields in banking, consulting, or corporate settings
  • professional certificates in sustainability, ESG, or climate risk management (preferred)
