Hiring Sustainability Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Implementation and Coordination
- Support the ongoing sustainability framework project in coordination with the external consultants.
- Assist in the development and rollout of sustainability policies, procedures, and governance structures.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate sustainability committee meetings and internal working group sessions.
- Collect, verify, and maintain sustainability and ESG-related data from relevant departments.
- Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures, internal progress reports, and external communications.
- Support preparation of presentations and documents for senior management and regulators.
- Serve as a central point of contact for sustainability matters within the organization
- Liaise with internal departments, the external consultants, and relevant external parties
- Support awareness sessions, workshops, and communication initiatives to promote sustainability culture across the organization.
- Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and reports
- Collaborate to integrate sustainability and climate-related risk considerations into the risk management processes.
Requirements:·
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics
- 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, corporate responsibility, risk management, or related fields in banking, consulting, or corporate settings
- professional certificates in sustainability, ESG, or climate risk management (preferred)
