Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President of Technical Services, Project Delivery, and Sustainability in implementing the Group s sustainability and ESG strategy across multiple business units.
  • Coordinate sustainability projects, including community engagement, social impact initiatives, and partnerships with government and NGOs.
  • Assist in developing and managing employee well-being, health, and career development programs that align with sustainability goals.
  • Collect, monitor, and analyze sustainability data related to energy, water, carbon emissions, and waste management to support performance tracking.
  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining green building certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and WELL Building Standard.
  • Prepare and update sustainability and ESG reports, including the annual sustainability report, investor disclosures, and award submissions.
  • Conduct research and benchmark sustainability best practices across regional and international peers.
  • Assist in implementing ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP).
  • Facilitate internal communication and stakeholder engagement to enhance sustainability awareness and participation.
  • Track sustainability KPIs, progress against targets, and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
  • Support the integration of sustainability principles in procurement, design, and operations to reduce environmental impact.
  • Contribute to internal presentations, workshops, and sustainability awareness campaigns.
