This scope may change regularly.Lead the development of a System Assurance plans, Change & Risk strategy for the business to ensure these are fully understood, properly quantified and effectively managed, to satisfy legal 
responsibilities.Drive strategy with the QHSE arm of the RPPD Projects team and ensure compliance with decision making to support the OSCEnsure full compliance to the deliverables defined in schedule 10 of the O&M agreement, have complete understanding of QHSE contractual KPIs and Committed ObligationsDrive the Risk, Change, Audit and System Assurance processes throughout the projects as defined in the RPPD Project support teamProvide support to department directors with respect to all risks, assurance requirements and organisational changes as and when requiredProvide on site support as required to deliver safe operational plans for passengersLead in identification of processes to improve internal and external awareness of the projects and eradicate delays to operational service from the RPPD Project worksReview and interpret current and future RPPD Project team demands in connection with the business requirements and pending or current works.Prioritize changes to law and regulations and adapt to these changes to deliver the requirements of those laws and 
regulations.Build and track the risk register in regards to the RPPD Project scope and build and monitor the action plan to reduce the risk to ALARPComply with current SMS policies and proceduresDeliver a yearly plan to the client via the QHSE teamMonitor performance and workflows to maximise the utilisation of resource and identify and implement cost effectiveness strategies to improve safety, quality of the projectsEstablish a dedicated roster of site supervision as required by the projects in scopeSupport the organisation with other works as they ariseConducting Qualitative Risk Analysis of risk data. Knowledge of Railway System Assurance, Change & Risk Management.A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.Producing appropriate risk management reports from analysis to inform decision
