Sustainability Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply environmental engineering principles and prescribed methodologies to execute project assignments.

• Ensure all project stakeholders comply with standards, procedures, and project specifications.

• Coordinate sustainability-related initiatives and project activities in alignment with organisational goals.

• Lead and monitor sustainability and carbon-footprint reporting in line with national regulations, global ESG expectations, and international frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, ISO 14064).

• Support development of sustainability strategies and performance improvement programs.

• Analyse, interpret, and present technical and scientific data to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sustainability or environment-related experience.

• Advanced / C1-level English proficiency in speaking, writing, and presentation this role represents Türkiye in global forums and requires active participation in international meetings.

• Excellent command of MS Office applications and reporting tools.

• Prior experience in sustainability projects, audits, data management, or ESG reporting is an advantage.

• Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage stakeholders across multiple teams.

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence in preparing senior-level reports.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
