SVG Designer and Office Support

<Duties>

• Create, edit, and optimize SVG files for various digital and print projects, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand standards
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including communication with customers.
• Support daily administrative tasks such as buying shipping labels
• Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via email and supporting client needs with professionalism
• Maintain organized office records, manage supplies inventory, and ensure the office environment is efficient and welcoming

<Experience>

• Proven experience in SVG design or graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing vector artwork
• Prior office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
• Familiarity with clerical tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
• Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace tools
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client interactions and team communication

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
