About the Role:

Are you passionate about IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless financial operations? JS Bank is looking for a Swift & CRM Administrator to manage, monitor, and enhance our SWIFT Alliance Access systems and related applications, ensuring smooth operations for local and international users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep SWIFT systems running efficiently for all users.
• Implement mandatory security updates and version upgrades .
• Manage user access rights , RMA tasks , and system integrations.
• Conduct UAT , troubleshoot issues, and implement changes in production systems.
• Maintain integrations with Core Banking (T24), Compliance, Reconciliation, and Remittance systems .
• Support compliance, risk management, and DR processes .
• Provide technical support, training, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• IT Project Management & Troubleshooting
• Strong technical knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS/STP, Windows Servers, and networking protocols
• Decision-making and people coordination under pressure

Internal & External Stakeholders:

• Work with Core Banking, SARMD, ADC, T24, IT Infrastructure, IS, and SWIFT Support, EastNets, and Techlogics.
