Job Title: Swimming Instructor

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Swimming Instructor to provide high-quality swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, promote water safety, and help clients achieve their swimming goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group swimming lessons for various skill levels.
• Ensure safety and proper supervision during all sessions.
• Develop tailored training plans to enhance swimming techniques and confidence.
• Promote and sell private lessons, packages, and water-based fitness programs.
• Maintain pool hygiene, water quality, and organized equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and track client progress.
• Participate in club events and promote swimming programs.

Requirements:

• Certified Swimming Instructor with valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate clients and lead group sessions.
• Sales-driven and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
