Performing organic synthesis, optimizing reaction conditions, and analyzing data, with a focus on multi-step synthesis and small-scale experiments (milligram to gram).
-
Performance of the corresponding expected synthetic work to successfully achieve the required goals.
-
Carrying out multi-step organic syntheses, setting up reactions, and performing workups reaction setting for Milligram to gram level.
-
Analyzing data from experiments using analytical techniques (e.g., NMR, LCMS, HPLC) and interpreting results to guide further synthesis.
-
Compilation of all the required information in accordance to company's SOP
-
Information to the project leader about potential/current problems during project development
