Job Title: Syrian Shawarma Chef / Cook

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Syrian Shawarma Chef to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in preparing authentic Syrian-style shawarma, including meat marinades, sauces, and serving techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and marinate meat using traditional Syrian recipes
• Cook and grill meat on vertical rotisserie
• Prepare authentic garlic sauce (toum) and other traditional condiments
• Assemble shawarma in Syrian style (bread, fillings, pickles, presentation)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a shawarma chef in Syria, UAE, or other Middle Eastern countries
• Deep knowledge of authentic Syrian shawarma recipes and techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Photo or video samples of your cooking are highly preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Tashkent, Uzbekistan
