Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of servers, networks, security systems, and user support while maintaining system performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user accounts
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Perform system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware / Hyper-V)
• Manage email systems (Microsoft 365 / Exchange)
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (Firewall, Antivirus, Endpoint Protection, XDR, SIEM)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage network infrastructure (switches, routers, VPNs)
• Ensure patch management and regular system updates
• Support ERP and business applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 if applicable)
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support when required

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in system administration
• Experience managing Windows Server environments
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• MCSA / MCSE
• VMware VCP
• CompTIA Security+

• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
