System Admin (Intune)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Includes the below listed but not limited to

Manage and maintain the Office365 environment including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
Provide network and user support for all hardware and software issues
Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment including site collections, sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions
Manage and maintain Intune MDM, including device enrollment, configuration, and security policies
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Participate in the network configuration ,VMware support ,Server deployment.

Knowledge and Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Office365, SharePoint, and Intune MDM,vmware ,switch firewall.
• Experience with networking and user support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
