The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of servers, networks, and business-critical applications.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong foundation in system administration and troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain internal systems and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability

Support and administer Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, and SharePoint

Manage and monitor virtualization environments (VMware / Microsoft Hyper-V)

Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner

Perform routine system checks, updates, and patches to ensure system security and stability

Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues

Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

Maintain and update system documentation, configurations, and procedures

Collaborate with IT team members to implement system improvements and upgrades

Assist in deploying new systems, servers, and applicationsÂ
REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure roles

Basic to intermediate experience with Windows Server environments (2012/2016 or later)

Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)

Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)

Experience with monitoring tools and handling system alerts

Basic knowledge of storage solutions (SAN/NAS) is a plus

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
