System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Design system workflows and lifecycle events
• Ensure integration with stock exchange APIs, market data feeds.
• Develop and maintain System Requirement Specifications (SRS), interface definitions, and data mapping documents.
• Participate in testing and validation of new functionalities, including regression and performance testing.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and contribute to best practice frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or IT business analysis, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge in secure system architecture.
• Proficiency in modelling techniques: UML, ERD, BPMN, and use of tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira.
• Experience in working with Oracle databases, message queues, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail and risk sensitivity.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
