System Analyst

Role Overview The System Analyst at Synkcode will analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. The role involves evaluating existing systems, improving processes, and ensuring that software solutions meet business and technical needs. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Work closely with developers, project managers, and QA teams to implement solutions. Analyze current systems and recommend improvements or new system designs. Prepare system documentation, workflows, and use-case diagrams. Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities. Identify risks, system gaps, and performance issues. Ensure solutions align with company architecture and technology standards. Assist in troubleshooting system issues and providing technical support when required. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or similar role. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with system modeling tools (UML, flowcharts, ER diagrams). Knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise software. Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis. Experience with cloud-based systems or microservices architecture.
