Overview: The Director of Team Member Services is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality HR services to employees across UF Health. This includes oversight of the HR Service Center, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compassionate support for team members throughout the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and enhancing the employee experience through responsive service and streamlined processes. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience managing an HR service center or shared services function.

Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
