System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with expertise in LDI, Routing & Switching, Voice, and Cyber Security to manage, maintain, and secure enterprise and carrier-grade networks.

Job Description:

• Monitor network elements to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues and escalate to follow department escalation matrix.
• Install and troubleshoot LDI system components.
• Manage VOIP services, bandwidth allocations, and customer records.
• Generate reports on bandwidth usage, call summaries, outages & business reports/sms to commercial department.
• Collaborate with CMOs, bandwidth providers, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Conduct weekly network backups and updates.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, respond to threats, and conduct vulnerability assessments.

Requirements:

• Education: BS IT, or related field.
• Certifications: CCNA & CCNP (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of LDI network operations
• Hands-on expertise in Routing & Switching (Layer 2/Layer 3)
• Knowledge of firewalls and cybersecurity practices
• Ability to perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
