System Engineer

Job Summary

Agrius IT is looking for a skilled and proactive System Engineer to manage, maintain, and support IT infrastructure for our clients and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with servers, networks, and end-user support, ensuring high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Hardware) and IT infrastructure
• Monitor system performance, backups, security, and troubleshooting issues
• Manage Active Directory, email systems, and user access control
• Ensure system security, updates, and compliance with IT policies
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT projects and deployments
• Maintain proper documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a System Engineer or IT Support Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) is a plus
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ṣuḥār
