The ideal candidate will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot, the company's rapidly expanding infrastructure. They will work alongside other engineers to ensure highest levels of performance and ability, and manage any problems that arise.
Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain all IT hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, and copiers.

Install, configure, and administer Windows Server environments (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).

Manage and maintain Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP services.

Install, configure, and manage Hyper-V virtualization environments.

Implement and maintain backup solutions and tape drives (Veeam, HPE 3PAR, Synology).

Manage and support SQL Server databases.

Administer and maintain Time Attendance systems and CCTV infrastructure.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and Office 365 environments including Exchange, Intune, Azure, Purview, and Security configurations.

Administer ManageEngine ITSM tools, including Patch Management and endpoint solutions.

Support and maintain Avaya Telephone Systems.

Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems and thermal printers across showrooms.

Maintain and monitor data center infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Manage and troubleshoot network devices, including firewalls, switches, and routers.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and technical support.

Collaborate with external auditors during IT audits to ensure compliance and documentation readiness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Professional Certifications if any.

Experience in configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting systems

Strong scripting and technical skills
