The Role

We’re seeking a System Engineer & Network Administrator to manage and maintain Nysonian’s IT infrastructure across three international offices: Pakistan, USA, and Mexico . You’ll be responsible for multi-location networks, servers, storage systems, firewalls, security systems, and IT operations , ensuring secure and scalable technology across the company.

What You’ll Do

Network & Security

• Manage and monitor Fortinet 60F firewall (SD-WAN, VPNs, redundancy, rules)
• Administer multi-ISP connectivity with redundancy, load balancing, and failover
• Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi infrastructure (Cisco switches, Omada APs)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, ISP, VPN)
• Implement and maintain structured cabling
  
  

Systems & Infrastructure

• Install, configure, and manage Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Maintain LAN/WAN services for secure connectivity
• Administer Synology Surveillance Station and Synology NAS
• Support migrations (Email/Hosting, AD, cloud integration)
• Manage biometric systems and access control
  
  

IT Operations & Support

• Provide user onboarding & IT support for local/remote teams
• Ensure uninterrupted VoIP operations for customer support LAN
• Maintain IT asset inventory (barcode tagging, asset records)
• Coordinate with vendors and external providers
  
  

System & Network Installation

• Lead rollout of new servers, networks, and endpoints
• Set up Windows-based server environments with centralized policies
• Document network diagrams, cabling layouts, server configurations
• Perform upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
  
  

Cross-Site Coordination

• Enable secure remote access to U.S. and Mexico systems
• Provide remote IT support to overseas staff
• Collaborate with HR/Admin for IT setups during expansions
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in system administration & network engineering
• Hands-on with firewalls (Fortinet preferred), VPNs, SD-WAN
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with LAN/WAN deployments, cabling, Wi-Fi setups
• Familiarity with Surveillance Systems (NVR/VMS) & NAS solutions
• Knowledge of Email hosting (cPanel/Google Workspace)
• Strong troubleshooting skills (network, hardware, software)
• Excellent communication skills for cross-global collaboration
  
  

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA Security+/Network+
• Experience with Cisco switches & Omada Controller
• Knowledge of IT asset management systems
• Prior work in a multi-site/global IT environment
