Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ / CCNA / MCP are a plus.

Any Technical Certification Required:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Configure, install, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Handle CCTV system configuration, including NVR setup, camera IP configuration, and remote access.
  • Manage and troubleshoot IP phones, extensions, and basic PBX configurations.
  • Support and troubleshoot printers and scanners for connectivity or driver-related issues.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, cabling, IP conflicts, connectivity) and cabling.
  • Support IT equipment setup for new users, including email configuration and access rights.

Experience Required:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV (NVR/DVR), IP camera configuration, and remote monitoring tools.
  • Experience in VoIP/IP Phone setup and basic PBX configuration.
  • Knowledge of network cabling, patch panels, switch configurations and biometric device.
  • Familiarity with printer installation, driver setup, and troubleshooting.
