Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ / CCNA / MCP are a plus.
Any Technical Certification Required:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Configure, install, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Handle CCTV system configuration, including NVR setup, camera IP configuration, and remote access.
- Manage and troubleshoot IP phones, extensions, and basic PBX configurations.
- Support and troubleshoot printers and scanners for connectivity or driver-related issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, cabling, IP conflicts, connectivity) and cabling.
- Support IT equipment setup for new users, including email configuration and access rights.
Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on experience with CCTV (NVR/DVR), IP camera configuration, and remote monitoring tools.
- Experience in VoIP/IP Phone setup and basic PBX configuration.
- Knowledge of network cabling, patch panels, switch configurations and biometric device.
- Familiarity with printer installation, driver setup, and troubleshooting.
