System Support Engineer

Ad Snipper is looking for a reliable and technically sound System Support Engineer to manage and support day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth system performance, resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to internal teams during operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office hardware.
• Troubleshoot system, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist employees with login, software, and access-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required.
• Maintain records of issues, fixes, and system updates.
• Ensure data security, backups, and basic system compliance.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows OS and office IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP basics).
• Familiarity with software installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior experience in system or IT support is preferred.
