Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot and resolve issues of Client / Endpoint devices and its operating software and accessories
• Ensure continuous operation of customer systems and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux OS, networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls), and peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware components (motherboards, RAM, storage, power supply, etc.).
• Conduct product installations as per client requirements and approved plans.
• Participate in customer outreach, demos, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay up to date with IT trends; attend training and complete certifications as required.
• Escalate complex technical issues to vendors at local/regional levels when needed.
• Ensure 24/7 availability for critical support and service delivery.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience 2-3 years in relevant field for corporate customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware repair and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP and basic network environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Certifications: Relevant to the job responsibilties.
