We are looking for a Network and Support Engineer to do installations, provide technical support, and manage IT infrastructure. The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting, and coordination with teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment at project locations.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors for project execution.
- Perform system diagnostics, hardware integration, and software configuration.
- Document site visits, project updates, and issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
- Support system testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage IT infrastructure (desktops, laptops, servers, and networks) for offices.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
- Experience with VoIP systems, IP phones (SIP, VoIP configuration).
- Familiarity with virtualization (XenServer, VMware).
- Knowledge of video conferencing tools (Poly Studio, Zoom, MS Teams).
- Operating Systems: Windows, Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS), macOS.
- Basic knowledge of GitLab/version control.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in networking and IT support.
- Willingness to travel for on-site project work.
