About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Support Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical systems while providing high-level technical sales support. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with a sense of urgency and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):

  • Managed Print Services (MPS): Conduct site evaluations, install Data Collection Agents (DCA), and perform ongoing analysis of network environments.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level systems support, perform product demonstrations, and manage network configuration for external customers.
  • Administrative Oversight: Monitor system notifications for billing meters, troubleshoot discrepancies, and encourage clients to adopt automated services.
  • Project Management: Coordinate major account deployments, maintain project management tools, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Data & Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate service issues and identify new sales leads or support opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in the field or a related area.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of computer hardware/software, networking, and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent oral and written communication for client training and documentation.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
