System Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing and supporting computer systems, servers, and networks while providing day-to-day technical assistance to our employees. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with a strong interest in IT and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and connectivity issues.
• Assist in implementing data backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Set up and manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
• Support end-users in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Stay updated on new technologies and IT best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
• Experience in IT/System Administration will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
