Join our team in Plymouth, MN as a Systems Administrator.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for performing ongoing maintenance tasks including system back-up, file recovery, and configuring software. Schedules, troubleshoots, provides technical support, installs, and tests system software upgrades. Ensures the network is available to all systems users and resolves data communications problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and configure the operation of computer systems, servers, firewalls and switches, including customization, configuration, installation and testing.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software. Provide support through troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software and connectivity issues.
  • Oversee desktop and helpdesk support efforts, ensuring that all applications, workstations and equipment issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Perform backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection and disaster recovery.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three to five years' experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory within a mid-sized business, custom manufacturing business preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability of clear non-technical communication with end users, getting results, solving problems and project management.
