Systems Analyst & Integration Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst & Integration Specialist to analyze business requirements, design system solutions, and integrate enterprise applications to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design and document system integration solutions.
• Develop system specifications and technical documentation.
• Integrate enterprise applications using APIs and middleware.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor integration performance and resolve issues.
• Support ERP and enterprise application implementations.
• Coordinate with vendors and development teams.
• Ensure data integrity and system compatibility.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and enterprise application integration.
