Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SNOW Splunk and MS Power BI. This role involves managing and optimizing systems to enhance operational efficiency. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts providing a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize IT systems to ensure seamless operations and high availability.
• Implement and maintain SNOW for efficient incident and service request management.
• Utilize Splunk for monitoring and analyzing system performance and security.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues promptly.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users to enhance system utilization.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all system operations.
• Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations to ensure smooth transitions.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to optimize efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of system policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of SNOW for effective incident management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Splunk for system monitoring and analysis.
• Have experience in creating insightful reports with MS Power BI.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address system challenges.

Certifications Required
