Systems Solutions Specialist

Manama, Bahrain

A System Solution Specialist, specifically within the functional and technical realm, guides the implementation and optimization of systems solutions, aligning them with business needs. They bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, often involving tasks like business analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing, both from a functional and technical perspective

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Translate requirements into comprehensive solution designs covering functional and technical aspects.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure systems and manage customizations to meet specific business needs.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure seamless technical integration.
  • Testing and Training: Create and execute test cases, support UAT, and deliver training sessions for end users.
  • Project Management: Manage or support the delivery of systems projects, including timelines, resources, and communication.
  • Support & Knowledge Transfer: Provide post-implementation support and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
  • Staying Updated: Continuously explore and stay informed of industry trends and updates in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Technical Skills

  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Store Commerce (POS) & Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Experience with core modules
  • Proficiency in using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and other related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with integrations and customizations.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong business analysis skills, including conducting workshops and documenting requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

  • 6-5 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical & a Functional with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of D365 architecture and customization capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English)
  • Experience with D365 integrations and data migration.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • BS degree in Information Technology | Computer Science or related field
