PepsiCo is looking for a motivated and passionate graduate to join our Talent Acquisition team as an TA Specialist Trainee through the Tamheer Program at our Dammam Plant – 2nd Industrial City .

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for various functions
• Conduct engagement sessions for trainees and new joiners
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for trainees
• Participate in and represent PepsiCo at career fairs and university events
• Maintain and update trainee trackers and personnel files
• Prepare trainee contracts and ensure documentation accuracy
• Track trainee attendance and performance updates
• Support TA-related projects and initiatives as assigned

🎯 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Must be Tamheer eligible
