Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Trainee
to join our HR team through the
Tamheer Program
. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting the company’s hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.

Support in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.

Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Eligible and registered in the
Tamheer Program
(no prior employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
