Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and conduct HR induction for new joiners.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, amendments, and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Government & Compliance
  • Manage platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Absher, and Muqeem
  • Handle employee registrations, transfers, contract documentation, and end-of-service processes
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies
  • Support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and reporting
HR Operations
  • Handle employee inquiries related to policies, contracts, and HR procedures
  • Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and internal HR reporting
Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances)
  • Support GOSI registration and monthly contributions
  • Assist with leave management, EOSB calculations, and benefits administration
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries, policy clarifications, and general HR support.
  • Support managers in handling performance issues, grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and compliant manner.
