2. SQL Proficiency: Utilize SQL for managing and analyzing large volumes of data

efficiently.

3. Data Analysis: Collaborate with customers to analyze historical data, identify key

performance indicators (KPIs), and extract actionable insights.

4. Performance Optimization: Fine-tune SQL queries for optimal performance and

responsiveness.

5. Report Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of reports that align with stakeholder

requirements.

6. Trend Analysis: Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for data-

driven decision-making.

7. Mobile Dashboards: Implement Tableau mobile dashboards using Tableau Mobile

application.

8. Data Population and Analysis: Work with Excel to populate and analyse data for

reporting and visualization.

9. Recognizing areas for automation: Identify and recommend areas for process

automation.

10. Data Security: Implement user filters to restrict data access for specific users,

ensuring data security and privacy.

11. Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive support documentation,
