Tag and Title Clerk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle title processing and customer service.

Duties:
- Process and review vehicle titles for accuracy and completeness
- Process driver's license and ID card renewals and replacements
- Communicate with customers to resolve title issues
- Prepare title documents for submission to the state

Experience:
- Previous tag agency experience preferred but NOT required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong in computer use/typing is helpful for this position
