Do you have a passion for luxury fragrances and exceptional customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team in Al Ain

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Assistance: Welcome and assist customers in selecting their preferred perfumes.
✅ Product Knowledge: Provide expert recommendations and demonstrations.
✅ Sales & Targets: Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
✅ Transactions & After-Sales: Handle payments, discounts, and customer inquiries.
✅ Store Maintenance: Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
✅ Company Standards: Follow dress code, store procedures, and security protocols.
✅ Teamwork & Updates: Stay informed on new product launches and promotions while working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

✔ Tagalog-speaking is required, Arabic knowledge is a strong plus point!
✔ Excellent communication & customer service skills
✔ Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively
✔ Highly organized with attention to detail
✔ Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
✔ Prior experience in luxury retail or fragrance sales is a plus
✔ Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment

What We Offer:

Total Salary: AED 2,500 per month
Location: Al Jimi Mall Al Ain (First 2 months training in Nad Al Sheba Dubai)
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts
