Job Title: Sales Supervisor – FMCG
Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reports to: Sales Manager
Salary: AED 7,000 + incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in Al Ain, achieve sales targets, and strengthen customer relationships in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage sales representatives and merchandisers.
• Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and collection targets.
• Build strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and HORECA customers.
• Ensure merchandising, product visibility, and execution of promotions.
• Conduct market visits and report on competition.
• Coordinate with logistics for stock availability and timely deliveries.

Requirements

• 3–5 years FMCG sales experience in UAE, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of the Al Ain FMCG market.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam an advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
