Tailor master

TENT TAILOR:

• Stitch and assemble tents and related fabric products using industrial sewing machines.
• Cut fabric/materials according to measurements or templates.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality and durability.
• Repair damaged tents or fabric structures as needed.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain sewing machines and tools in proper working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

TENT SUPERVISOR:

• Supervise and coordinate the tent setup and dismantling crew at various locations.
• Ensure proper installation of all types of tents (e.g., marquees, pagodas, frame tents, etc.) as per layout/design.
• Inspect tents and accessories for damage before and after events; report any issues.
• Read and interpret installation drawings, site plans, and client instructions.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed during loading, unloading, installation, and dismantling.
• Allocate tasks to team members and monitor productivity and quality of work.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and tent components.
